Irrevocable Grace

An internal contradiction in my Apologetics text: it states that any gift must be accepted, and so grace too requires acceptance. But it goes on to say that creation is a God-given grace. Both standard Chritian orthodoxies. Problem: creation is a gift one cannot refuse to receive. Suicide cannot erase one's creation. The fact that you were born and did exist stands as a grace that cannot be rejected. Further, all material and non-human life receives this gift without the opportunity to reject it. Conclusion: grace can be given without the choice to reject it.
