Dynamite's ASH & THE ARMY OF DARKNESS #2
The ongoing adventures of Ash from the Evil Dead Series continues to deliver in the Dynamite Universe. In this issue, Ash has returned to medieval times and re-encounters his lady love Julie, who has taken up her own mantle as a demon hunter. There is some weak dialogue at points but overall this is a good book.

DC's DC UNIVERSE VS MASTERS OF THE UNIVERSE #3
We pick up where we left off: with He-Man having seemingly just killed Superman. The Justice League is now divided by what to do about The Masters of the Universe. This book is surprisingly good. Not just as comedy but as classic action comic fare. The dialogue leaves something to be desired much of the time, but even there, there are moments of greatness. The ending to this issue blew my mind.
